1. What is the procedure after the auction?
   If you win the auction, you will receive an invoice from us. Once the payment is completed, the horse can be picked up. We can assist with shipping and have a worldwide network of horse transporters to ensure safe delivery to your stables.

2. I registered as an online bidder but didn't receive verification. What should I do?
   Send an SMS or WhatsApp message to +32476646735 including your name and email address, and we will assist you. Registration will not be successful if the required fields are not completed. The last three fields are optional. Please ensure that your password and confirmation password are identical. 3. How can I bid without checking all the time?
   You will receive an email every time you are outbid. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

3b. Anti-sniping measure.

If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of the auction, the closing time for that lot will automatically be extended by an additional 5 minutes. Therefore, placing a bid at the last moment offers no strategic advantage. Please be aware that due to potential software issues or internet delays, bids submitted at the last minute may not be processed successfully.

4. How does VAT work?

If you live outside the EU and import the horse immediately, you do not have to pay VAT.

If you live in the EU and have a VAT number as a company, you can reclaim VAT.

Horses with 21% VAT on our website belong to company owners; horses without VAT are owned by individuals.

5. Can you organize the shipping?
   Yes, we can organize all things on this end for shipping. 

6. What are the costs to keep the horse for training?

Stable with turnout: €500/month

Stable + Training: €1,000/month (excluding vet and farrier costs)

7. Are the horses insured?
   No, our horses are not insured, but we can help you arrange insurance if needed.

8. Do you auction horses from other owners?
   Yes, owners can submit horses via our website. However, all horses must meet our standards.

9. If a horse receives only one bid just above the starting price, will it still be sold?
   Yes, our goal is to sell all horses. Prices may vary, but we aim for fair sales that satisfy both buyers and sellers.

10. What if the seller is unhappy with the final bid?
    The seller can buy back the horse, but the intention is always to sell.

11. Why are some horses reappearing in auctions?
    Some buyers fail to complete payments. As a service to sellers, these horses may be re-listed.

12. Do you sell horses with remarks on the X-rays?
    Yes, minor remarks are acceptable if we believe the horse is suitable for sport and resale. You are welcome to have your veterinarian review the medical documents in advance. Please note that each bid is unconditional, binding, and cannot be withdrawn. It is not possible to request a trial or additional medical examinations after purchasing a horse at the auction.

13. Where are the horses located?
    Most auction horses are in Belgium and can be viewed or tried by appointment.

14. What are the costs of shipping a horse to the USA?

Flight costs (excluding US customs processing fees):

Miami: €6,250 + €250 (health papers) + €250 (transport) + €100 (stabling) + $3,250 (quarantine)

Los Angeles: €6,350 + €250 + €250 + €100 + $3,250

New York: €4,550 + €250 + €250 + €100 + $3,250

Stallions & mares may incur additional quarantine fees.

Young horses can stay in training or rearing in Belgium.

Stallions can be castrated before import (approx. 500 euro)

15. What are the costs of shipping a horse to Canada?

Calgary: €6,750 (flight costs) + €975 (geldings) / €1,200 (mares & stallions) + €300 (transport to quarantine) + €475 (airport transport)

Toronto: €5,600 + €975 / €1,200 + €300 + €475

Excludes Canadian customs processing fees.

16. What are the costs of shipping a horse to Mexico?

Geldings: €6,500 + €1,650 (health papers, quarantine) + €400 (transport to quarantine) + €500 (airport transport)

Mares & stallions: €6,500 + €2,000 + €400 + €500
